Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Persistent Neck pain more than 3 months duration B. Both males and females will be included in the study C. Patients with weak power or precision grip

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with Spinal fracture or deformity B. Neuropathic Pain C .Radiculopathy D. Any previous H/O Deep vein thrombosis or Raynaud’s disease E. Uncontrolled Hypertension G. Patients unwilling to sign informed consent form F.Diabetic neuropathy
