Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI more than 25kg/m2 ASA I II III and undergoing elective abdominal and lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not wiling to participate 2. Patients with history of spinal abnormalities 3. Patients with contraindications to regional block 4. Patients with prior complaints of low back pain 5. Patients who had previous spinal surgery 6. Patients with BMI less than 25kg/m2 and 7. Pregnant patients
