Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All very Preterm babies born at or below 30 weeks on room air or requiring any mode of invasive/ non-invasive respiratory support, and no/one inotrope
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Babies requiring >2 inotropes. 2.Lethal congenital anomalies. 3.Gastrointestinal anomalies/ bilious or blood stained aspirates. 4.Baby born to seropositive mother. 5.Babies born to critically ill mothers unable to provide colostrum.
