Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Self-reported habitual snoring • Presence of a bed-partner who is able to provide feedback to the participant on snoring • Turbinate hypertrophy grade I and grade II • Mild DNS • Body mass index Age group 20 to 60 years, Irrespective of gender, occupation Subjects who are willing to participate in the study by giving the written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from ear & nose infections , Chronic rhinitis. Known case of epistaxis , bronchial asthma, recent nasal surgery Known obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) , chronic DNS and hypertrophy Currently under treatment for OSA or snoring (continuous positive airway pressure, oral appliances, supplemental oxygen) Self-reported average of 3 or more alcoholic drink per day Participants with known severe illness or any other systemic disease Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study.
