Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants having features of Sacro-coccygeal pilonidal sinus, diagnosed by clinical examination 2.Age group of 15-40 years 3.Participants will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, caste, and economic status. 4.Participants with informed consent/assent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of tuberculosis. 2.Participants with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 3.Known case of HIV, hepatitis, any venereal disease. 4.Known case of bleeding disorders.
