Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 18 to 24years 2)Willing participants 3)Both Gender 4)NPRS more than 5/10 5)Having NDI score minimum of 10% to 48% i.e., mild to moderate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any recent surgery, spinal pathologies, ankylosing spondylitis, torticollis , any open wounds around the areas of neck or any recent fractures. 2)Hypersensitive skin
