Intervention1: Nadi Sodhan Pranayama: The intervention group will be given Nadi shodhan Pranayama for 2 Months, 15 min/day and 6 days in a weak in the morning between 6:30-7:30 AM. Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Young and healthy volunteers of both sexes aged 18 to 40 years will be registered for the study. •Only newly joined volunteers will be registered for maximum accuracy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Volunteers having any history of chronic illness like asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, anemia, leprosy, etc. will be excluded from the study. •Above the age of 40 and below the age of 18 will not be registered. •Pregnant women and lactating women are excluded from the study. •We will not involve those volunteers who are doing other yoga practices.
