Inclusion criteria: • Age -18 years and above • Students with wrist and hand pain • SMARTPHONE ADDICTION SCALE SCORE â?? High risk category (84 and above) • VAS score of 3 and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous fracture, nerve/vessel/tendon injury, rheumatic disease Osteoarthritis

MeasureTime frame
Ultrasonographic evaluation of flexor pollicis longus tendon, median nerve, adductor pollicis and extensor pollicis longus muscle.Timepoint: Single time evaluation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Visual analog scale, 2.ROM of MCP and IP joints of bilateral hands, 3.Grip strength, 4.Pinch strength (tip to tip, pad to pad, pad to side), 5.Disability of arm, shoulder and hand questionnaire. Timepoint: Single time evaluation
