Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Admitted neonate in neonatal intensive care unit ,in MAMC Agroha Hisar Haryana. 2.Preterm neonate (period of gestation less than 37 completed week) 3.Birth weight less than 2500 grams and more than 1500 grams. 4. Hemodynamically stable neonate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonate with obvious congenital malformation . 2.neonate with clinical evidence of chromosomal disorder . 3.Neurologically abnormal neonate. 4.Neonate in sedation ,on analgesic drugs ,or on any anti-epileptic drugs.
