Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ST elevation Myocardial Infarction and Non-ST elevation Myoacardial Infarction) presenting to cardiac critical care and emergency will be recruited into the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Unwilling to participate in the study Age less than 30 years Haematological or solid organ malignancy Diabetes mellitus duration more than 10 years Smokers Prior history of Coronary Artery Disease Peripheral artery disease Anemia, Hemoglobin Platelets
