Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients reporting to the casualty/Dept with maxillofacial soft tissue wounds within 48 hours. Abrasion greater than or equal to 3x3 cm and less than or equal to 6x6 cm. Patients of any gender above 18 years of age and willing to take part in the trial. Patients admitted or willing for everyday follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having infected wounds(As determined by the presence of visible pus, from the wound) and any previous intervention done. Patients who have suffered burns- any degree. Wounds requiring suturing will be excluded. Patient not willing to give informed consent. Patients with debilitating systemic conditions(Except well controlled diabetic patients not on systemic insulin), syndromic patients and patient with psychological disorders. Pregnant/Lactating women
