Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with an ejection fraction of 35-55% undergoing on-pump open-heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass time less than 120 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. NYHA grade 4 3. Presence of severe pulmonary disease 4. Presence of hepatic/renal disease 5. Presence of neurological disease
