Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group between 18-60 years. 2 Mild to moderate cases of Vitiligo. 3 Patient suitable for virechana as per ayurveda texts 4 Patients having positive wood lamp test 5 Patients willing to participate in the above trial and given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from any acute disease/any infectious disease /chronic disease/ Like RA, SLE etc. 2 Patients having lesion on lip , genitalia, palm and sole. Patients with complete depigmentation all over body. 3 Any systemic disorder like cardiac, liver or other endocrinal disorders. Any otherskin disease in its association. 4 All other hypopigmentation disorders 5 Diseases must not be chronic more than 5 years 6 Patients not suitable for virechana karma as per ayurvedic texts. 7 Pregnancy and Lactation.
