Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Siblings of individuals diagnosed with BPAD, for a period of at least 2yrs by a practicing mental health professional Individuals who are 18yrs - 44yrs of age. In case of multiple siblings, any one of the siblings of individuals with BPAD, gives consent for the participation in the study. Individuals who are comfortable conversing in Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Siblings of individuals who have other comorbid diagnosis along with BPAD. Siblings who themselves have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are currently seeking professional help. Siblings who have more than one person in the family with mental illness. Siblings who are not in close contact with the individuals with BPAD
