Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Undergoing Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery 2 Patients willing to participate 3 Patients between 30 years and 70 years 4 Patients weight more than 40 Kilograms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients having contraindications to use of Trans-oesophageal probe. • Patients having heart valve disease of any kind. • Patients having moderate to Severe LV dysfunction with reduced EF • Patients having arrythmias. • Patients with intra aortic balloon pump support • Patients having a condition with hyperdynamic circulation • Patients that might need cardiopulmonary bypass support during surgery

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of changes in hemodynamic parameters when heart is repositioned for coronary arterial grafting of each territory using the Pulse Contour Analysis (Flotrac based) method & 3D TEE based volumetric analysis method and comparison of the two methods Timepoint: All the time points are within the surgical period in operation room 1.Before start of grafting and after induction of general anaesthesia 2.Repositioned for Left Anterior descending artery territory 3.Repositioned for Obtuse Marginal territory 4.Repositioned for posterior descending artery territory 5.After completion of grafting and heart positioned in normal state

MeasureTime frame
To assess change in HR, SBP, DBP, MAP, CVP during positioning of heart for arterial grafting of each territory.Timepoint: All time points are during the surgery itself. 1.Before start of grafting and after induction of general anaesthesia 2.Repositioned for Left Anterior descending artery territory 3.Repositioned for Obtuse Marginal territory 4.Repositioned for posterior descending artery territory 5.After completion of grafting and heart positioned in normal state
