Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals of ASA physical status 1 & 2 2. Patients of either sex age range of 18-55 years 3. Patients having inflammatory temporomandibular disorders which require arthrocentesis. 4. Patients who are treated with single puncture arthrocentesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of ASA physical status 3 and 4 2.Patients with any systemic disorders or conditions including bleeding diathesis 3.TMJ pain due to malignancy or infection 4.Patients with a history of presence of peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleed or severe dyspepsia or suffering from asthma or other allergic disorders 5.patients on anticoagulation therapy 6.Patients suffering from hepatic or renal impairment and pregnant & lactating women 7. patients having autoimmune disorders.
