Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients recruitment from OPD, IMS participants who can give written consent. Migraine with or without aura, Tension type headache & Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgias (TAC) Stroke: mRS Score, stage 0,1, 2 and 3, Less than 6 months after stroke, atherosclerosis Ischemic Stroke, TIA (transient Ischemic attack or mini stroke), Haemorrhage stroke patients for example obesity, smoking, because of unhealthy life style People have a capacity to walk or run without the use of a walking aid or walking stick/wheel chair PD: stage I to III on the Hoehn and Yahr scale People have a capacity to walk or run without the use of a walking aid or walking stick/wheel chair
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Who refuses Consent, or skip in between the Given time point. Headache: Headache patients with Cough, any Headache due to ear, Nose, Throat infection Chronic Head issues like injured head etc. Stroke: mRS score 4 and 5, Sever stage of Haemorrhagic stroke. current involvement in any other behavioural pharmaceutical, or instructor-led exercise trials who are undergoing mental health treatment or have uncontrolled mood problems PD: IV Patients on wheel chair, V- Bed Ridden Patients current involvement in any other behavioural pharmaceutical, or instructor-led exercise trials who are undergoing mental health treatment or have uncontrolled mood problems
