Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stage II/ III, Grade A Periodontitis. Systemically healthy patients. No surgical periodontal therapy in last 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not willing for participation in the study. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients who are on diuretics, steroids, anti-coagulants, oral contraceptives. Patients having diabetes mellitus, asthama, peptic ulcer, blood dyscrasias, nutritional deficiencies, liver disease, infected with immunodeficiency virus, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Patients who are addicted to tobacco, alcohol, and cigarette smoking
