Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meeting the International Classification of Headache Disorders-3 (ICHD-3) criteria for Chronic Migraine with aura 2 Headache history > 3 months 3 Willing to complete daily diary 4 Willing to take the Marma Therapy for 90 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age below 18 and above 60 years 2 Marked (moderate to severe degree) in accordance with MIDAS score. 3 Major medical illness under treatment such as Tuberculosis, Aids, Malaria, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus etc. Migraine without aura. 4 History of Psychotic diseases 5 Use of any other alternative medication during the study period 6 Patient not willing to give his/her consent 7 Patient suffering from secondary causes of headache
