Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal pain experienced on a daily basis over the 3-month period. Numeric Pain rating scale (NPRS) Score: > 3 Points on a 11-point Scale. Patient given consent to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cancer related pain, NON neuro -musculoskeletal pain (surgery/fracture), Upper motor lesions, patients with diagnosed deformities, pregnancy, extra spinal conditions and Chronic secondary musculoskeletal pain Cauda equina syndrome. Systemic and specific musculoskeletal diseases
