Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The cases diagnosed on biopsy or surgical specimen of colorectal lesion as a precancerous polyp/lesions and adenocarcinoma of colorectum will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Colorectal biopsy with inflammatory histomorphology and glandular dysplasia. The biopsy and blocks without representative histomorphology of precancerous and cancerous lesion. Cases with deficient clinical data and details of the case will be excluded.
