Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly population above 65 years of age. Positive Fukuda Stepping scale. Positive Timed Up And Go Test. Subjects who are willing and able to do the protocol. Subjects who can understand and follow the commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncorrected Visual Impairment. Subjects with any neurological disorder. Recent lower limb fractures.
