Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female subjects between the age of 40 to 65 years (both inclusive); Disclosure of accurate smoking status; Declare being Parsis or non-Parsis by religion; Good general health of male and female as determined by the discretion of investigator assessed by their medical history and physical examinations (vital signs(heart rate >=60 to=90 mm Hg and = 60 mm Hg and
