Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of second-degree internal haemorrhoids will be included in this study. 2.Age group between 25-60 years (irrespective of gender). 3.All cases will be fresh/new who have not received any local treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having Diabetes, Malignancies, HIV, HBsAG and VDRL positive. 2.Post-operated (post Haemorrhoidectomy) patients. 3.Pregnant women.

Improvement in clinical symptoms-parameters such as per rectal bleeding ,size of pedicle, colour of pedicle, constipation and pain after 14 days of local treatment along with 28 days of internal medicinesTimepoint: Timeline - all 50 patients enrolled will undergo follow up day 1st day, 3rd day, 5th day, 7th day and followed by 14th, 21st , 28th day. Duration- 1 month Daruharidra-nimba malhar locally twice a day for 15 days Panchasam churna vati orally twice a day for 28 days
