Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who are voluntarily participating in the study 2)20-30 years old 3) Screen time >= 2 hours/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any neurological disorders like SCI,TBI, 2)Any diagnosed psychiatric disorders like depression, anxiety, ADHD
