Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients ( >18yrs) with Septic shock according to sepsis 3 criteria will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? ? Patients admitted to ICU for ? Terminally ill patients; ? Refusal of consent; ? End-of-life treatment limiting decisions
