Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients giving informed and written consent. All patients undergoing ALT free flap transfer for reconstruction of tissue defects Trauma Oncologic Infective

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known hypersensitivity to ICG dye/iodides Patients with known case of peripheral vascular disease for limb defects Patients unfit for prolonged surgeries Patients not giving consent Color Doppler suggestive of biphasic/monophasic flow
