Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 to 65 years old. 2) female gender. 3) ASA I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refusal of patients to provide written consent. 2) Coagulation Disorders. 3) Known allergy to a study drug. 4) Body Mass index(BMI) 40 kg/m2. 5) infection at injection site. 6) any spine deformities ( kyphoscoliosis, scoliosis, previously operated spine surgeries.)

Primary

1) Time to first rescue analgesia 2) pain score (VAS) at time -0,1,2,4,6,12,24 hours postoperatively. Timepoint: 0 hour 1hour 2 hour 4 hour 6 hour 12 hour 24 hour
