Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of a deep carious lesion involving pulp, sustained bleeding from radicular pulp stump even after removal coronal pulp tissue. 2.Carious tooth having pulp exposure with spontaneous pain 3.Caries-affected teeth with increased mobility, due to dentoalveolar pathosis, but not associated with physiological tooth fall. 4.Caries-affected teeth with pulp pathosis having at least 2/3 of the root length.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physiological root resorption of more than two thirds length 2. Medically compromised child 3. Hypersensitivity to anesthetic drug or to any of the routinely used dental materials

| 1.CLINICAL SUCCESS RATE : The tooth will be evaluated for any pain, swelling, tender on percussion, pathological mobility and gingival sinus tract opening or purulent discharge 2.RADIOGRAPHIC SUCCESS RATE: the tooth will be evaluated for newly formed radiographic radiolucency pathologically, presence of progression of furcal involvement, peri apical radiolucency and internal or external resorption pre and post operatively.
