Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lactating mothers for more than 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing Pulmonary diseases 2.Pre-existing Cardiac disorders 3.Systemic illness or infections 4.Cognitive dysfunctions 5.History of syncope related to forced expiration/cough 6.Any recent surgery of thorax, abdomen, brain, eye, sinus, or middle ear surgery 7.Congenital thoracic deformities
