Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of patient more than 18 years Patient giving informed consent Patient fulfilling criterion for NDPH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of secondary NDPH (Chronic meningitis, Low CSF pressure headache, High CSF pressure headache, post sub-arachnoid headache or post-traumatic headache) Patients with any secondary headache. Patients with contra-indications to magnetic stimulation devices, Any other primary headache disorder Pregnant women or women of reproductive age who are not using an acceptable form of birth control

To evaluate the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation for reduction in headache severity and frequency in NDPH patientsTimepoint: At the baseline,1 week,2 weeks ,3 weeks and 4 weeks.
