Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturient height between 150-175cm 2. Body weight 50-90kg 3 Gestational age 37-42weeks 4. ASA grade 2 parturients Elective ceasarean section under subarachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.unwilling parturient 2. Bad obstetric history 3.Absolute and relative contraindications of subarachnoid block 4.Anticipated difficult intubation 5.Complete heart block, systemic heart disease
