Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-30 years 2.Both males and females 3.Neck pain Subacute and chronic (3-6 NPRS) 4.Forward head posture (CVA less than 49.9°) 5.Dental students (post graduates)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma or surgery in cervical region 2.Cervical pathologies like myelopathy, disc issues Wry neck, facet joint pathology 3.Cervical pain with radiating pain or radiculopathy

MeasureTime frame
Markus Bader Ruler Software will be used to measure the craniovertebral angle.Timepoint: it will be taken on PRE intervention(1ST DAY) AND POST intervention (30TH DAY) total INTERVENTION duration is 4 WEEKS
