Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy individuals 2) Age 25-40 years 3)Gender: Both male and female 4) Participants who have siting job with computer usage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Back pain within the past 6 months 2) Orthopedic spinal diseases 3) Could sit on the stool without experiencing any pain 4) Respiratory dysfunction 5) Current smoker or who had quit smoking cigarettes within the previous 5 years 6) Cardiovascular and Neurological impairments 7) Psychological & Co-morbidities and Congenital disorders
