Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal Rating Scale (MRS) score 12-35 2. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ)- SADS scoring 10) Common medical co-morbidities in below mentioned range will also be enrolled. 3. BMI =30kg/m2 for the participants in case of obesity. 4. Controlled hypertension (=140/90 mm/hg) 5.Controlled diabetes (FBS= 126mg/dl/ PP= 200mg/dl) 6. Controlled Hypothyroidism (TSH <10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism and severe obesity. • Diagnosed cases of disorders of reproductive tract like TB, Carcinoma (Ovarian or uterine), fibroids, endometriosis. • Patients having known history of cardiac disease major surgery. • Use of Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT) • Consumption of alcohol or tobacco.
