MeasureTime frame
The Second Victim Experience and Support Tool (SVEST) will be used to assess second victim experience of nurses. The tool consists of seven-dimensional constructs with three measuring second victim trauma (psychological distress, physical distress, impact on professional self-efficacy) and four measuring sources of support (colleague support, supervisor support, organizational support, non-work-related support), as well as two outcome variables (turnover intentions and absenteeism). Survey items will also assess nursesâ?? desirability of various support resources (7 options including peers, employee support programs, counseling, etc) that are available to them.Timepoint: Time-Bound
