Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a primary complaint of neck pain between the age of 20-45â??years 2) Pain duration more than 3-6 months 3) VAS scoring between 4-8 is considered 4) Both males and females 5) >= 25 rating in the Neck Disability Index 6) Presence of kinesiophobia only in patients who are susceptible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of recent significant trauma 2) Acute onset of cervicogenic headache 3) Previous cervical or thoracic spine surgery 4) Pregnancy 5) Neck pain associated with cervical radiculopathy, whiplash injuries (within 6 weeks of treatment), cervical spine fracture, or vertebrobasilar insufficiency. 6) Acute inflammation/ infection 7) Myelopathy, fibromyalgia syndrome, or having cervical stenosis 8) Patients with psychiatric illnesses/ Patients with neurological or cognitive impairment.

Pain assessed by VAS (Visual Analogue Scale to be between 4-8 score), Neck disability assessed by NDI(Neck disability index to be equal to or more than 25%), Kinesiophobia assessed by Tampa ScaleTimepoint: At baseline and 3 weeks post treatment
