Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: overhead athletes more than 18 years of age. Both genders. overhead athletes playing overhead spports like (cricket , basketball , volleyball , swimming, tennis , shot-put , football goal keepers). overhead athletes playing since the last 1 year atleast. overhead athletes playing for at least 1 hr/day for atleast 3 days in a week. Non overhead athletes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: overhead athletes who have undergone shoulder surgery. Anyone with acute shoulder pain.

Shoulder range of motion by passive movement using inclinometer (Reliability â?? 0.99). Shoulder strength by using hand held spring dynamometer (Reliability â?? 0.94). Shoulder proprioception by using inclinometer (Reliability â?? 0.99).Timepoint: Baseline
