Intervention1: misoprost, normal saline: in intervention group women will receive per rectal misoprostol 400mcg 2 hours before surgery and intramyometrial normal saline (40-50ml) at the time of myomec

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Women with symptomatic fibroid 2)age 20-40 years 3)not responding to medical management 4)with 5 or less symptomatic fibroid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any medical condition contraindicated for pneumoperitoneum diffuse leiomyomata containdication to vasopressin and misoprost
