Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess and compare the modified gingival index and plaque index in Group A, Group B and Group C at baseline, 7 days and 14 days. 2.To assess and compare the colony forming units (CFU) of E.coli in plaque samples atbaseline, 7 days and 14 days in GROUP A, GROUP B and GROUP C. 3.To assess and compare pocket depth reduction and clinical attachment levels in SRP group, silver nanoparticles mouthwash group and chlorhexidine mouthwashgroup at 3 months. Timepoint: 7 day 14 day 3 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
