Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients >18 years of age admitted to the hospital with traumatic brain injury (TBI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Past History of TBI 2. Previous history of stroke or any other neurological event 3. Intracranial space occupying lesion (ICSOL) 4. Previous history of cataract surgery 5. Patient with periorbital edema 6. Spinal cord injury 7. Refusal of consent
