Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Onset of action of cisatracurium - defined as time taken from administration of intubating bolus dose till the TOF count to reach zero. 2.Duration of action of bolus dose of cisatracurium â?? defined as time taken for TOF to reach â?¥2 from 0Timepoint: 1. a)baseline b)time at which TOF count becomes zero 2. a)time at which TOF count becomes zero b)time at which TOF count becomes more than or equal to 2

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.supplemntary doses required 2.surgical field conditionsTimepoint: 1.baseline 2.at the start of surgery
