Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate students of any of Health Professional Program viz. Physiotherapy, MBBS, Nursing and Medical laboratory technology from constituent institutes of Bhaikaka University and willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are already diagnosed case of Psychiatric illness and on Psychiatric medication. Participants with history of physical disorders and systemic illness for which they are under any standard of medical care that can limit their participation for postural exercises. Participants who are already doing YOGA or Postural exercise.
