Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients presenting with fistula in ano. 2 Patients willing to undergo trial. 3 Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient not willing to undergo trial. 2 Patient unfit for anorectal surgery. 3 ICTC & HBsAg positive patients. 4 Patients having any history of maliganancy, hypertension ,tuberculosis etc
