Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Essential Criteria â?? शà¥?याव ( Purple lesion) à¤?िणà¤?रसà¥?परà¥?शà¤?( Rough on touch) परà¥?षà¤? (Hard on touch) à¤?णà¥?डà¥?( Itching) Inclusion criteria- Both fresh and treated cases of kitibha will be treated. Only those patients included in this study who will agree to stop their previous medication accordingly. Objective criteria- Lichen planus severity index score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA â?? -Age group less than 20 year and more than 60 years. -Any known Sensitivity reaction to the trial drugs -People having mucosal and nail lichen planus. -Skin cancer, Psoriasis ,Eczema etc & associated fungal infection . -Pregnant and Lactating women . -people taking steroids. -People suffering from severe cardiac ,chronic liver disorder , renal disorder and mental disorders . -Complicated cases of lichen planus with superadded infection or with other systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus and HTN , TB, Leprosy, Thyroid disorder and grevious disorders
