Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The person with age of >20 years and 2. Patients with sign and symptoms of Shukla Arma (Non-progressive pterygium) will be selected irrespective of Sex, Religion and Profession. 3. Clinical Features like White Fleshy Growth in Suklamandalam white portion of eyes), foreign body sensation, and watering of eyes. 4. Patients those are fit for Anjana Karma according to Ayurveda text. Patient willing to register for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 01. Age : 70 years 02. Anjana Ayogya 03. Progressive pterygium 04. The patients in which Pterygium covers the pupillary margin. 05. Prastari Arma, Lohita Arma, Adhimamsa Arma, Snayu Arma 06. Arma (fleshy mass on the white portion of eyes) with any other ocular pathologies like Abhisyanda, Adhimantha, etc. 07. Pseudopterygium 08. Chemical injury: e.g., Lime burn or any other 09. Chronic viral infections: e.g., Hepatitis C, HIV etc. 10. Neurological conditions: e.g., Parkinson disease, Bellâ??s palsy, Trigeminal neuralgia 11. Immunological diseases â?? Autoimmune disease, collagen vascular and immunodeficiency. 12. Pregnancy 13. Diabetes mellitus 14. Hyperlipidaemia 15. Hypertension 16. Patients not willing to be registered for trial.
