Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In-patient Primi mothers. Primi mothers who delivered healthy new-borns with any type of delivery. (Normal/C-section) Primi mothers proficient in English, Malayalam or Kannada.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primi mothers delivering twins/ triplets. Multiparous mothers. Primi mothers with a significant history of obstetric, medical, or psychological problems. Primi-mothers who are health professionals.
