Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hypoxemic respiratory failure receiving invasive mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy. Patients intubated due to COPD and asthma and neuro-muscular disorder.
