Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Working full-time in the emergency department of Baptist Christian Hospital, Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam 2. Willing to participate in the study. 3. Have experienced Violence and Aggression in the Emergency Department. 4. Can speak and read Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. on relieving duty in the emergency department

MeasureTime frame
Thematic analysis of data will be done using a six-step process-Familiarization, Coding, generating themes, reviewing themes, defining, and naming themes, and Writing up. For the Coding of the data, open code software will be used. The studys findings may help identify the strategies to prevent violence and aggression in the emergency department.Timepoint: at baseline—
