Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fulfilling criteria of Pre-Hypertension as per textbook - Harrison â?? Principles of Internal Medicine. 2.Cases in Pre-Hypertension (Systolic - 120 â?? 139 mmHg / Diastolic - 80-89 mmHg) as per textbook â?? Harrison â?? Principles of Internal Medicine. 3.Cases with at least 4 follow-ups
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling criteria of secondary hypertension. Cases in Stage 1 Hypertension and Stage 2 Hypertension. Cases with Isolated Systolic Hypertension Patients on Anti-Hypertensive Therapy Patients who are on oral contraceptive pills or who are pregnant.
